Shipping & delivery
- We currently deliver to addresses in the United States.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and our external shipping partners.
- Furever by Faizan is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & exchanges
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
- Returns are accepted only if a product arrives damaged or defective. Returns can’t be made if you simply change your mind.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items purchased using a discount code or promotional offer can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Offers & discount codes
- Our welcome offer gives new email subscribers 15% off their first order. It can be used once per customer and can’t be combined with other discounts.
- Discount codes apply only to the orders and dates stated with the offer.
- Items bought with a discount code aren’t eligible for return or exchange, as set out in our Return policy.
