What can be returned
- Returns are accepted only if a product arrives damaged or defective.
- To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What can’t be returned
- Items you simply changed your mind about after purchase.
- Items purchased using a discount code or promotional offer — returns and exchanges aren’t accepted for these.
- Items that have been used or aren’t in their original packaging.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to send a replacement or help with an exchange right away.
How to start a return
- Write to us within 7 days. Email support@fureverbyfaizan.com with your order number, the item and what’s wrong with it. Photos of any damage help us sort it out faster.
- We’ll reply with next steps. We’ll confirm your replacement, exchange or return and tell you how to send the item back.
- Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
