Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We take great care in packaging each item so it reaches you secure, cozy and ready to delight your pets.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, the standard shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay, together with any applicable taxes.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically takes 7–9 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery times can vary with our shipping partners, and delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United States. If you live elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking doesn’t update or something looks wrong, write to support@fureverbyfaizan.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible.
Arrived damaged?
