We want every pet (and pet parent) to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items purchased using a discount code or promotional offer. Returns cannot be made if you simply change your mind after purchase.
Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to send a replacement or assist with an exchange right away.
